Fountainhead Floral Design

I hosted an outdoor wedding at my home. Kate’s inspiration pictures were a perfect fit for the bride’s vision. Bouquets and arrangements arrived just as expected. Loose flowers for bud vases worked perfectly. Kate was organized and responsive. The intake meeting assured our visions were aligned. She was flexible when we decided to modify some details at the in person meeting. Flowers were delivered right on time.

Highly recommend Fountainhead Floral Design to anyone looking to preserve a wedding bouquet. Kate did an amazing job with the three pieces that we ordered - a ring holder, a small picture frame, and a larger framed design. Her work is intricate, and it’s clear she takes her time and treats every piece with care and attention. She is also extremely fast with communication via her business email. Very satisfied with her work, professionalism, and customer service. Would definitely use her again for future floral design needs.

Kate at Fountainhead Floral Design was absolutely incredible to work with. From the beginning, she created a vision board that captured exactly what I was hoping for and was so personable and easy to collaborate with throughout the process. I trusted her with creative control, and she truly shined. She brought my vision to life in a way that exceeded anything I could have imagined. We were married on 9.13.25 at Eolia Mansion, and despite a very tight setup window, Kate and her team executed everything perfectly. My wedding bouquet was absolutely stunning and exactly what I dreamed of. Every floral detail felt thoughtful and intentional. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience, and I would recommend Kate and Fountainhead Floral Design without hesitation to anyone looking for a florist who is creative, professional, and truly talented.

Our wedding was held at Saltwater Farm Vineyard in June 2024. Kate was such a pleasure to work with and really brought our floral vision to life! I appreciated her free excel planning tools and how responsive she was from our first inquiry. After our first phone call, I realized that she is incredibly easy-going and down to earth, in addition to being well-organized. These are qualities you want in your wedding vendors. I have always loved florals and she helped me craft a vision that stayed within our budget. Our theme was coastal vineyard - I wanted the vibe to be loose & romantic without veering too rustic. She found this balance perfectly! On our wedding day, she arrived early and took care of everything quietly and without a hitch! I didn't have to worry about a thing. I can't recommend Fountainhead Floral enough!

Kate brought my idea of a spring garden wedding to life. She over exceeded my expectations for all the bouquets and the bud vases throughout the room. She was very easy to talk through it all and really helped with showing a personalized portfolio to really showcase what to expect on our wedding day. It was so special to me and my mother-in-law to incorporate her wedding dress sleeve as the wrap for my bouquet.
